📦 Orders & Delivery
How long will my order take to arrive?
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 working days. Standard UK delivery typically takes 3-5 working days after dispatch.
Do you offer tracked delivery?
Yes! All orders are sent with tracking so you can keep an eye on your parcel every step of the way.
Do you deliver outside the UK?
Currently we only deliver within the UK. We hope to expand internationally in the future!
🔄 Returns & Refunds
What is your returns policy?
We accept returns on full-priced items within 14 days of receipt, provided they are unused and in their original packaging. Please note that sale items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
My item arrived damaged — what do I do?
We're so sorry to hear that! Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with a photo of the damage and we'll get it sorted for you straight away.
